I am a Polish-American multidisciplinary artist currently based in Chicago. My creative process begins spontaneously, overlapping patterns and compulsive compositions, often encompassing symbols or figures. The meticulous and almost ritualistic attention to detail serves to veil the underlying intentions of the work. This approach is innately woven into the fabric of my creative process, where the very act of creation is much of the statement itself. The outcome prompts questions rather than making explicit statements, particularly when the subject matter is not personal or biographical. The visceral themes of my drawings often contrast with my paintings, which embrace a cynical approach with an almost absurd or unnatural saturation.
